If the app says that parking cannot be started, follow these steps:
1. Check that you have a valid payment method registered on your account.
2. Ensure that you have registered your vehicle (license plate number) in the app.
3. Review the rules for the specific parking zone. In some areas, for example, you may only park for a maximum of 2 hours. If you have already parked for 2 hours, you cannot start a new parking session in the same zone.
