If you see the message "Technical error" when trying to start camera parking in the app, it means that your vehicle is already registered by another user who has activated camera parking. Unfortunately, we cannot change this, as the camera parking is linked to the account where the vehicle was first registered.
If you do nothing when leaving the parking, an invoice will be automatically sent to your home. If you have a payment method, such as a card, linked in the app, the amount will be deducted directly from there. You can also add a payment card in the app afterwards. To do this, go to the ticket and change the payment method to card payment.
If you choose to pay at the machine on-site, you will not be charged via the app. If you still receive a charge from us despite having paid at the parking machine, it is usually due to an incorrect license plate number being entered during payment.
